Enrollment forms for HCA can be picked up at the HCA office Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 3:30pm. If you haven't enrolled your children or yourself now is the time to do so as we are now able to do ENHANCED TRIBAL CARDS, which are helpful in crossing borders and you are able to use for a form of ID. The first ETC is free, and replacement cards will require a small fee. Again, if you would like to come in to get your ETC you must bring the proper documentation and count on a 20 minute to 30 minute application process.
